I offer a number of courses and workshops with a focus on personal development, growth and emotional awareness. I feel as though we could all benefit from a better knowledge of who we are, why we react and how we cope the way we do.

Below listed are the three courses I have on offer presently. The course lengths are two hours a week from six to eight weeks, however aspects of all of them could be made into condensed workshops.

  • Support for Dealing With Chronic Pain
  • Seeking Self Compassion
  • Changing Negative Patterns (brief outline of subjects covered below)

My goal for all the courses and workshops is for participants to gain a greater awareness of themselves and the patterns they are in. The only person we can change is ourselves, however, without an understanding of who we truly are and how we see the world around us change is difficult.
